  • At Little Luxe the cleanliness of our products is of the upmost importance to us, as we have a little one ourselves. All linens and other removable fabrics are laundered in a hot wash cycle using nontoxic, hypoallergenic Noodle & Boo baby detergent. All equipment and surfaces that are not able to be laundered are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized using Puracy disinfectant spray or steam cleaning. We understand that blowouts and spit up happens! We will do our best to clean the product ourselves, but any items that are soiled to the point that they need professional cleaning will be charged a $50 cleaning fee. In the event that items are misplaced or damaged beyond minor wear and tear, the full retail price of the item will be charged to your original form of payment.

  • We deliver free of charge to addresses in Hilton Head and Bluffton for orders over $100. We charge a $25 delivery fee on orders under $100. We will coordinate delivery to Hilton Head Island Airport (HHH) based on your flight times for a $25 delivery fee. We do not deliver to Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (SAV) at this time.

  • We will deliver rental items by 6 PM on the first date of the rental period. We ask that all rental items be ready for pick up by 9 AM on the last date of the rental period. Please indicate any special instructions for delivery and pickup such as which room you would like the items to be set up in or a request for a specific delivery/pick up time in the “additional information” section during checkout. We will try our best to accommodate requests for a specific delivery/pick up time, but this is not always possible due to our cleaning schedule. If we are not granted access to your vacation rental or hotel room prior to your arrival, we will contact you to coordinate a time to deliver and set up your items after your arrival or arrange to deliver your items to the exterior of the property based on your preference.

  • We offer delivery to Hilton Head Airport (HHH) for a $25 fee. We will request your airline and flight number information at checkout, so that we can track any changes to your arrival or departure times. We ask that you keep your phone close when you arrive, in order for us to coordinate a place to meet in the airport parking lot. We will meet you at the airport to pick up your rental items two hours before your scheduled flight time unless a different time has been prearranged.

  • Your card will be charged at the time of reservation. We understand that plans change, especially when you have little ones. Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the start of the rental period will receive a refund of the full amount charged. Cancellations made between 48-72 hours prior to the start of the rental period will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide a refund for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the start of the rental period. We are not able to provide a refund for custom orders such as our stocked diaper caddies and formula/baby food baskets.

  • We recommend booking your items as soon as your travel plans are confirmed, in order to ensure that all of the items that you will need are available. We do not accept last minute reservations through our website, but items may still be available. Please contact us via e-mail if you need to make a last minute reservation and we will do our best to accommodate your reqiest,

  • We offer stocked diaper caddies filled with the same items that you use at home such as diapers, wipes, ointments, soaps, and lotions. We also offer stocked baskets of formula and baby food. Certain brands can be difficult to find in grocery stores in the area or may only be sold online. Some guests prefer to have new sheets for their Pack N’ Play or bassinet rental. We are happy to provide these upon request for an additional fee. We will ensure that your residence or rental property is stocked with your requested items for your stay. Please complete the CONTACT FORM and provide us with detailed information about the products that you will need (brand, size, scent, flavor, # per day, # of days, etc.) We will e-mail you a detailed quote to review prior to confirming your order and submitting payment. We will collect the caddy or basket when we pick up your rental items, but any remaining products are yours to keep. We never reuse items from custom orders. If you do not wish to take your remaining items with you, we will donate unused items to a local pregnancy center throughout the year. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide a refund for custom orders or unused items.
