  • Has your stroller gone missing with the airline? Or maybe you’re worn out from hauling all the kids’ gear down to the beach every day?

    While our website may not accept last-minute bookings, we often still have items available! If you need something on short notice, don’t hesitate to reach out using our contact form—we’ll happily do our very best to accommodate your request and make things as easy as possible for you.

  • At Little Luxe, cleanliness is one of our top priorities—especially because we have little ones of our own! You can feel confident knowing that every item is carefully cleaned and prepared with your family in mind.

    All linens and removable fabrics are washed on a hot cycle using a non-toxic, hypoallergenic detergent. For items that can’t be laundered, we thoroughly clean and sanitize all surfaces with a non-toxic disinfectant spray to ensure everything arrives fresh and ready for use.

  • We know that traveling with little ones doesn’t always go exactly as planned—and that’s okay! We’re committed to making things as easy and flexible as possible for you with a variety of delivery and pick-up options.

    When placing your order, you can choose the delivery and pick-up time frames that fit your schedule best. You’ll also have the option to let us know your preference for porch delivery/pick-up before or after your arrival, in-person delivery once you’ve settled in, or pick-up before your departure.

    If you’d like, we can even try to coordinate access with your vacation rental company to have your gear set up inside the property before you arrive. While we can’t guarantee this option every time, we’re always happy to make the effort—and thanks to our strong relationships with many local rental companies, we’re often able to make it happen!

    And if travel plans change, no worries—just send us an update through our website messaging system, by phone, or via email, and we’ll adjust accordingly.

  • At this time, we’re not able to offer delivery to the Savannah Airport—but we’re happy to provide convenient service at Hilton Head Airport (HHH)! ✈️

    Once your order is placed, we’ll reach out to gather your airline and flight details so we can keep an eye on any changes to your arrival or departure times. When you land, just keep your phone handy—we’ll coordinate with you to arrange a smooth and easy meet-up in the airport parking lot.

    We typically meet guests about two hours before their scheduled flight time for pick-up, unless you’ve arranged a different time with us in advance. Our goal is to make the process as seamless and stress-free as possible so you can focus on enjoying your trip!
